02WELDING

High-end welding & customized process engineering

We run 200+ world-class welding machines from ESAB, Panasonic and Megmeet; smart welding gantries including P+T, narrow-gap and twin-wire submerged-arc; and automated welding-robot cells for internal/external circumferential seams, tracked mobile welding and dual-station TIG. All smart welding equipment carries laser seam-tracking and molten-pool monitoring, and we develop customized welding programs for complex curved surfaces, deep grooves and narrow gaps.

03HEAVY MACHINING

Heavy machining

Precision thermal cutting uses gantry-type intelligent laser-cutting robots and large-format plate laser cutters; heavy forming uses split-frame and gantry-type servo hydraulic presses up to 4,000 tons; heavy machining uses 3-/5-axis gantry CNC drilling-milling machines, twin-column vertical lathes and vertical machining centers; heavy lifting uses double-deck cranes rated to 500 tons with 23 m lift height — covering forming, machining and handling of large equipment.

Equipped with handheld automatic spectrometers, 3D blue-light scanners, laser trackers, helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, linear accelerators, digital radiography (DR), phased-array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), and other comprehensive non-destructive testing systems, we provide full-dimensional quality control covering material composition, geometric dimensions, and internal defects, ensuring every critical piece of equipment meets nuclear-grade standards.

Smart key processes & end-to-end digitalization

With ERP, MOM and WMS deployed, we enable remote, visualized tracking from anywhere in the world. Smart processing spans cutting, distribution, machining, assembly, welding and inspection; welding parameters are dispatched and monitored remotely, equipment status is visualized in real time, and production tasks are adjusted dynamically by data — forming an efficient, transparent and traceable smart-manufacturing system.
