Quality Management System

Wuxi Huali Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has established an integrated quality management system based on ISO 9001 and aligned with ASME code requirements. An independent quality management department, staffed by dedicated quality engineers and inspectors, oversees the entire process from incoming raw materials and production controls to final inspection and shipment. The company strictly implements quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement to ensure every piece of equipment meets design requirements and customer expectations.

Inspection & Testing

The company has advanced inspection and testing capabilities covering raw material re-inspection, welding quality inspection, non-destructive testing, pressure testing, airtightness testing, and more. Beyond the four conventional NDT methods—radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and penetrant testing (PT)—Huali Energy is equipped with advanced capabilities including digital radiography (DR), linear-accelerator radiography, and phased-array ultrasonic testing (PAUT), enabling higher-precision, deeper defect detection and quality verification for thick-walled, geometrically complex, and nuclear-grade critical equipment. The company holds multiple special equipment inspection and testing qualifications, and inspectors are certified at the appropriate levels.

Continuous Improvement

Guided by a continuous-improvement quality philosophy, the company identifies opportunities through internal audits, management reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, nonconformance analysis, and other methods. Huali Energy actively promotes lean production and Six Sigma management, continuously optimizing production processes, reducing quality variation, and improving product consistency. In recent years, first-pass acceptance has remained above 99%, and customer satisfaction has continued to improve.
