Resin Synthesis Equipment
Resin synthesis equipment mainly includes iron-molybdenum formaldehyde production units and adhesive production units, providing integrated process equipment for formaldehyde, adhesives, and resin synthesis.
Iron-Molybdenum Formaldehyde Production Unit
A line that produces formaldehyde from methanol. Methanol is oxidized to formaldehyde in an excess-air environment using an iron-molybdenum mixed-oxide catalyst, which offers higher selectivity and product purity than the silver-catalyst process.
Adhesive Production Unit
A line that produces adhesive from formaldehyde and urea. In the reactor, formaldehyde and urea react fully under agitation to form adhesive; the reaction heat is absorbed by multi-stage cooling-water coils. A half-pipe jacket outside the reactor heats or cools as needed for precise temperature control to ensure product quality. Agitation speed and heating/cooling loads are monitored and adjusted in real time per set parameters.
